【提示】：原材料含有小麦-大豆-鸡蛋-牛奶成分

【营养成分】：

热量216kcal，蛋白质2.8克，类脂体2.3克，碳水化合物46.0克，钠30毫克，食盐相当量0.08克

【制作方法1】：

本品一盒可做四个100cc布丁，额外材料包括300cc牛奶：

蛋奶的口味,用鸡蛋和牛奶就能做出很地道的布丁啦！

1.在锅中倒入一袋布丁粉，加上牛奶,鸡蛋的蛋黄,然后用打蛋器打均。

2.用中火,一边搅拌,等完全沸腾之后,用小火煮一分钟。

3.倒入容器,放入冰箱冷却１小时左右。

4.最后拿出焦糖液洒上去。

【制作方法2】：

1、先将焦糖液平均倒入四个杯内。

2、在锅中倒入一袋布丁粉，加上300ml牛奶,一个鸡蛋，然后用打蛋器打匀。

3、用中火，一边搅拌，等完全沸腾之后，用小火煮一分钟。

4、待温度降至室温可倒入之前倒好焦糖的杯子中，放入冰箱冷却1小时以上便可食用。

倒焦糖的时候有秘诀的：趁热从布丁中心倒下去，以下就会均匀沉淀到底下去啦，吃的时候还可以翻个个吃，那样焦糖又变成在表面上啦。自己动手味道一定更特别吧~
